Patient Care Specialists
We are fortunate to have dedicated Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants who are vital members of the AVIM team. These individuals are highly trained in the complexities of Internal Medicine. Akin to a human nurse, veterinary technicians and assistants are adept at a variety of procedures such as safe administration of anesthesia, proper animal handling techniques, use of laboratory equipment to process blood and other tissue samples, assist in endoscopic and other diagnostic procedures, and most of all, impart a lot of love to each patient.
Client Service Representatives
From the moment you call or enter our facility, it is the Client Service Representative that will greet you. They will assist you in processing paperwork, explain how we will care for your pet during the examination and consultation, and ensure all of your questions are answered. Similar in nature to a concierge, our CSRs are here to simply help in whatever way they can. Please let us know what we can do to make your visit most comfortable.
